Counselling and Psychotherapy in Linlithgow, West Lothian
If you facing difficulties in life and would you like to talk these through with someone independent and non-judgemental,counselling may provide the help and support you need.People come to counselling with a range of issues; they may have suffered a major loss, such as bereavement. Sometimes they are facing a particular difficulty in life, such as relationship difficulties, problems at work or a major life change. Others see a counsellor or psychotherapist because they are suffering from depression, anxiety or stress . Sometimes it can be a combination of many of these difficulties, and people can feel they just cannot cope any more. Counselling can also assist people who want to develop greater self-awareness and self acceptance, or develop their self esteem and self confidence. Even if your difficulty is not mentioned here, you may still find counselling helpful.
